Orders and Account

I haven't received an order confirmation email

If you have not received an order confirmation within the past 24 hours:

■ Check your spam folder for any email confirmation.
■ Check the details of your order from your account and make sure that everything is correct (email, address, etc.).

Can I cancel, change, or return my order?

As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchange due to customer convenience.

However, we will respond if there is a mistake on our part, such as an error in the published information or a change in product specifications.

■ Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed.
Please make sure to check the details of your carefully before placing your order.

■ Made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned.
These products are acquired from an official event, store, or distributer/manufacturer, which requires us to check the stock and confirm your order.

After your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to change the contents or details of your order.
We make sure that we are able to acquire such items before we have customers purchase, but please be aware that these items may be out of stock by the time of purchase.

Can I combine multiple orders to be shipped together?

Multiple separate orders cannot be combined to be shipped together after your order has been confirmed.


Pre-order, made-to-order and in-stock products can be purchased together, but will not be combined and will have different shipping methods.

If your order contains a made-to-order and an in-stock item: please note that it will be delivered at the latest date of the made-to-order item.

After confirming the stock of your made-to-order item shipping may take up to 2-4 weeks for shipping.

When will my order be charged?

All orders are charged at the time of purchase to ensure a reservation for the product.

I have not received my order yet

Please confirm the delivery dates of your order.

If there is no specific delivery time on the product page, the product will be shipped within 3-5 days for standard products and 2-4 weeks for made-to-order products after your order is confirmed.

For pre-order products, there is an estimated release date listed in the product description.
It will become available to ship by the expected date.
Please note that there may be some delays from the manufacturer or distributer during the expected release date.
In any case, customers will be notified and updated about any changes regarding their orders as soon as we are aware of any changes.

If you have not received your order after confirming the delivery dates, please contact us about the issue by submitting an inquiry form and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

You may also check with the shipping company using the tracking number from your order confirmation email, there may be some delay from their end.

The product I received is different from what I ordered

If your order contains a different product from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days from the time you received it to resolve the issue immediately.

Please note:
※Certain products that have been released for more than a year (even if unopened), there is a possibility of deterioration due to its material.
※ Illustrations and images shown are sample prototypes and final product may differ slightly.
※ The contents and specifications are subject to change without notice.

■ For figures: The painting process is done partially by hand, so there may be slight differences between individual products.

There may be slight wear of the package being scratched or crushed and may be how we have received them from the distributer.

I accidently ordered the same item twice.

As a general rule, cancellations cannot be made due to customer convenience.
However, if a customer unintentionally places a duplicate order due to a malfunction of our online shopping site, etc., we can accommodate the request.

with the "order number" and "description of wishing to cancel a duplicate order" that appear in the order receipt email. We
will check whether cancellation is possible and then respond to your request.

Shipping and Delivery

About shipping fees

If the total order is over $100 (including pre-orders and made-to-order products):
Shipping is free.

For Pre-orders over $100:
Shipping is free.

If the total order is under $100:
Shipping prices will vary based on weight and the area you are located in.

For Pre-orders under $100:
Shipping is a flat rate of $4.99.

If your order contains a pre-order item, it will become a separate shipment and your pre-order will be shipped at the estimated release date.

What are the shipping times for my order?

Standard Products
3-5 days

Pre-Order Products
Pre-orders will become available to be shipped by the estimated release date.
Please note that some pre-orders may be delayed due to the manufacturer. In any case, we will contact you immediately about any changes to the release date.

Made-to-order Products
2-4 weeks
After the stock of the product has been confirmed.

What products qualify for free shipping?

Free shipping on purchases of $100 or more.

Even if the shipping is separate for pre-order and in-stock items, it will qualify as long as the subtotal reaches to $100.

I have not received my order yet

We are sorry for any inconvenience that may have occurred.
We take careful measures to ensure that no damage may occur to your order before we ship.

Please note that we will not be liable for any damages that can occur during transit as we are not responsible for what happens after the package leaves our facilities.

Please contact the delivery company that was responsible for delivering your package about seeking reimbursement for the handling of your product.

Product Information

There was a manufacturer flaw on what I ordered

We are not responsible for any manufacturer flaws that may occur.

Only in the case that we would be able to contact the manufacturer and request for a replacement.
Most manufacturers will request that the item be sent back to them and it must be returned with its original packaging and must not be used.
We will not be responsible for any shipping fees that may occur during the replacement process.

Made-to-order items cannot be replaced or returned due to the nature in how they are obtained. Which may be individual purchases from exclusive events or limited sales.

Languages for media products

The main language is specified in the description of the product.


Japanese Version
Some Japanese imported merchandise may only have Japanese as language for the audio and subtitles.
There may be no way to confirm if there are English or other languages available.

What are "Made-to-order" Products?

Made-to-order products are products that are in stock in our Japanese warehouses or with limited access and availability to acquire for customers outside of Japan or its country of origin.

These items are shipped within 2-4 weeks.

If combined with an in-stock product: your order will be shipped at the latest date of the made-to-order item.

We make sure that we are able to acquire such items before we have customers purchase, but please be aware that these items may be out of stock by the time your payment is recieved.

What are "Pre-order" Products?

Pre-order items are products with reservation periods and an expected release date when they will be shipped.

These items are shipped on or near the estimated release date.

Pre-orders cannot be combined with in-stock or made-to-order products and cannot be cancelled after the order has been confirmed.

All pre-orders have a $4.99 flat rate, if the total order is below $100.

If the total is over $100, shipping is free.

Customers are notified immediately if there are any delays or issues with pre-orders.
