3.3.2 REQUIREMENT THAT YOU BE THE OWNER OF OR FULLY AUTHORIZED TO GRANT THE RIGHT TO USER CONTENT

If you fail to provide us with such confirmation upon request, then we reserve the right to remove or deny access to any User Content available through the Services and to suspend or terminate your Account with Lunex. We will have no liabilities to you for any actions taken by us.
